11.10.2010, "Philips DirectLife, get fit your way" – this is the topic of the first Service Science Innovation Award being announced by the FIR RWTH Aachen, the Walter-Eversheim foundation and Philips. Royal Philips Electronics, headquartered in the Netherlands, is known for a large assortment of products within the categories of health and well-being.

Innovation Award for the best service idea

23.08.2010, How can the innovation force of service providers be improved? This challange is faced by the Service-Science-Innovation-Lab of the Research Insitute for Operations Management (FIR) at RWTH Aachen as part of RWTH Campus and the Service-Science-Factory of Maastricht University. Starting in September 1st 2010 the two labs cooperate an international "Case Competition", tendered at both universities.
